Spring Coiling Wire Forming Machine

This machine designed for camless multi-axised operation, by using high-speed servo motors, can offer high production speed and precise multi-purposed spring forming. 

Each axis can control up to minimum 0.01 degree of angling value at high speed.

It can offer easy program and camless operation so that operator can greatly save set-up time compared to traditional camful forming machine.

Moreover, without 2nd hook operating unit, it can actuate various spring forming and wire forming.

It has Window-xp based computer so that operation and maintenance can be easy.

MPG AUTO MODE : It offers checking produced products, editing the data of program and continuous working to next block at the MPG AUTO MODE.

It offers more speedy feeding, quilling and wire rotating by using 16 axes of individual servo motor and driver. 

Especially 4 of 8 bending slide units have additional servo axis so that they can have right, left, up and down.  

Therefore, it offers very precise spring forming, wire forming and 3 dimensional job

at easy process.
